![]() It doesn't mention that the game will be hacked, but in some way I think it could mean exactly that. The interesting part is that Nacon says that in their contract there's a clause that if Frogwares fails at delivering the game on to Steam, then Nacon will use a 3rd party (such as Neopica) to adapt the game in Frogwares's stead. Obviously the Nacon one overpowered the Self-published one hence why it was exchanged. One thing I saw in Google Search is that this game as 2 AppID for Sinking City. There ya have it Steam had to oblige to Frogwares. ![]() ![]() One game in particular has been DMCA'ed by the devs because the Publisher whom I forgot the name disappeared for no apparent reasons. Even with the COVID-19 Excuse from Nacon.įrogwares did DMCA their own game and it's not the first time I saw a game get DMCA by the devs themselves. in which case the "Unlawful" reason doesn't apply. A Developers has all rights to protect their IPs. They also removed the ads for Sherlock Holmes CH1, the More Games menu and the Exclusive watermark from GamesPlanet and just uploaded it as if it's theirs without their approval, hence why they kind of Ransomed Frogwares of 48 hours to sent them a Master build of the game for Steam or else they would do anything in their power within the "contract" that Nacon seems to not understand, seems to have been terminated in the eyes of the Law after trying to appeal the contract termination as they say "unlawful" which I say that's a BS reason if I ever saw one French Court.
